A little book to inspire big ideas
The downtown St. Louis Arcade Building is home to Arcade Contemporary Art Projects (ACAP). It is a wonderful space that includes two art galleries, an auditorium, display showcases, and a grand hallway. Although the space is in connection with my university, many students have not heard of the space and don’t know that it is available to them. To solve this issue, another intern of ACAP (Nermina Ferkic) and I collaborated to create this booklet targeted toward our fellow students. The goal is to have this booklet quickly explain to students what ACAP is all about in hopes that the space can be utilized to its full potential. This may include student-run exhibitions, artist talks, fashion shows, or musical performances.
